Catered an after hours training session in Bellevue for 30 employees. Only was able to get pix of the homemade meatloaf and roasted carrots but also served a mixed greens salad, Hawaiian rolls with butter, demi-Glace, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and chewy chocolate chip brownies. Needless to say they came back for seconds and thirds!
Just finished catering a lunch at the Blanchard Bldg in Seattle for 55, it was and Irish themed luncheon, wasn't allowed to take pics but served the following:
Mixed Greens with Dehydrated Pear Slices, Craisins, Red Onion slivers and Maple Balsamic dressing.
Corned Beef with Guinness Roasted Cabbage
Light Molasses Glazed Carrot Nubs
Boiled Baby Reds and Yukon Golds tossed with butter and Bruschetta seasoning
Fresh Potato Rolls and butter
Only a little salad left over, always a good sign when the food disappears!
Last night's event for 30, Port Poached Anjou pears with double cream Brie and crispy Sage. Green Eggs and Ham deviled eggs. Open Faced Proscuitto, Brie, Arugula with Sriracha mayo Sammies, Black peppered Chevre stuffed dates wrapped in Hickory Smoked Bacon and finally jumbo shrimp wrapped in uncured bacon and smothered in maple BBQ sauce.

Catered a neighborhood party for 85 in Issaquah tonight, beautiful house and yummy food!
The three stages of Moroccan Beef Stew over oven roasted sweet potatoes! I used great, fresh ingredients but the real star was my Le Creuset Goose pot!
Just finished working 10 straight days in a row with hours varying between 8 and 17hrs and what did I do with my night off you ask? Made sweet potato hash topped with marinated grilled flank steak drizzled with Chimmichurri for my wonderfully supportive Christopher😚
