Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya

Kizuki Ramen and Izakaya offers the most authentic Ramen experience from Japan.

We are passionate about our ramen. Our philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan. Come slurp a bowl and join us in our passion.

Yesterday was Keiro no Hi, a Japanese holiday that celebrates our elders. We'd like to dedicate this post to one of our original chefs, Miyata-san!

We originally met Masayuki “Mickey” Miyata in Japan—a chef with decades of experience with Japanese cuisine who started in ramen shops at the age of 17. He came to the US four years ago to help us open our first shop and train our amazing staff across the nation. If you see him around the shop, be sure to say hello!

The world is yours. Well, in this case, the ramen. Coming soon to Southcenter! Looks like @baxterburr is excited. Are you?

Headed to PAX 2016? Swing by our Cap Hill location for a Ramen break...we're only a short walk away!

Watch as the bonito flakes whisper in the wind, as if they were beckoning you to come and enjoy the lightly crispy outer but deliciously soft inner of our Agedashi Tofu. 😋
