Okay crawfish lover...our 5lbs deal is back this coming Friday (2/10/17)!!! Starting this Friday and every Fridays until further notice, our 5lbs for $40 (dine-in) is back!!! YAHOO!!! If you are getting it to go, it'll $45.00 (the additional $5.00 is for our awesome staff)
After our anniversary craziness, if you continue to trust us to take your pre-orders, please leave us your name, time of pick up, spice level and your sauce (if you don't tell us your sauce, we'll cook it in the house sauce). We will be taking pre-orders thru Thursday night...we won't be checking our page on Fridays because we need to prep so please put your orders thru Thursday night.
We won't be taking any DINE-IN pre-orders...it's a first come first serve on Fridays that we're doing the 5lbs deal.

It's still snowing...so we're going to close the restaurant today. We know our customer loves crawfish but we don't want to have them risk getting injured getting to the restaurant or our staff having to drive to work. We will re-open on Tuesday (unless it keeps snowing today :-()

To all the customers who visited us last night...first off, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support. Thank you for enduring hours of waiting and hunger...you guys are the most awesomest customers any restaurant can ask for. The love you guys still share to our staff even though you had to wait..it's unbelievable. Thank you again.
We really wanted to send this note out on a positive tone..because we really thought we had our act together this year...after the mayhem with last year...but as our customers found out..we didn't :-(. For that reason alone, we are TRULY sorry.
Even with 8 people in our boil kitchen alone...it didn't help with our dinner rush and so our poor customers had to wait. To our pre-order customers...we are so sorry we undelivered (as one customers wrote in the note below)...we really thought that we would be able to get all of our pre-orders done but we failed. We know some people felt that it was unfair that some of the dine in customers had their food while the people who have pre-order still had to wait which really did beats the purpose of pre-ordering and for that, please accept our deepest apologies. We don't want you guys to feel that you were less important then our dine in customers...because you are not, ALL of our customers are important to us...you guys are the one that feeds us and our family by supporting us all these years.
This year..we should have been more knowledgeable on how to deal with big crowds..which we were sure we got it down since we've got more staff in the front AND the back..but something is broken and we need to re-group and figure out how we will go about running future promotions that we'll have. We JUST don't want to waste anymore of our customer's precious time by having them wait for their food for so long.
We hope that you guys will forgive us one more time...and we really will think harder next time before we ever do anymore promotions that may cause our customers grief and hunger. We definitely will take our customer's advice on not over promising and under delivering.
Lastly..thank you to our wonderful staff..all we can say is THANK YOU...you guys were awesome..you took all of our customers hangry (hungry and angry) complaints like a soldier. You guys rock!

As we are nearing the end of January...our anniversary is coming upon us. We know last anniversary was NOT the smoothest celebration but we promise you that it'll be better this year. We've made some slight changes to how we're going to do this year so that it will be enjoyable for everyone (we hope). We hope all of our customers forgave us for last year.
This year on our anniversary, February 3rd, we will be selling the CRAWFISH at $6.00/lb...we know it's not as awesome as last year but we couldn't get the fishermen to budge on prices.. :-( This year, we will request that you buy in increment of 5lbs in order to get the special pricing. We found out last year that by allowing customers to buy 1,2 or 3lbs really caused a bottleneck in the boil kitchen. We apologize if this causes you to eat more...but it's just 1 day ;-P
Here are some rules:
Pre-orders are for TO-GO only and will be taken thru 1/31/17. Any orders posted after that will not be recorded so you will need to wait until 2/3/17 to order thru phone or in person. For our pre-orders, we promise that your food will be waiting for you when you come and pick up the food! We know that promise is going to be tough but we love our customers and want to make sure they don't experience what they did last year so we're doing everything in our power to be as prepared as possible. As a reminder, please leave us your name, how many lbs, spice level and sauce (if you don't give us a sauce, we automatically cook it in our house sauce) and what time you will be picking up the food. Please private message us if you do not want to be inundated with all the other customer's order. We will confirm once we got your order down. Please understand that your food will not be piping hot when you get it because we don't know how far or when you'll eat the food..so please warm it up when you are ready to eat it. We know a lot of our regular customers are aware of it..this note is for our new customers who might not be aware of how we do things.
There will be a limit of 10 lbs for to-go orders...no exception and you CAN NOT pick up for other people..this was another cause of some mix up last year..so please just pick up your own order.
For our dine in customers, we won't be taking any pre-orders because it doesn't really help you get your food faster as we've found out last year. So if you are dining in with us, we ask that 80% of your party is there before we can seat you and we can take your order when you're seated. As a dine in customers, you can order as many 5 lbs increments as you can eat there and you may order up to 10 lbs to-go per table.
Lastly, we thank you for reading this book (;-p)..but we wanted to make sure everyone understood our goal here which is to provide a better dining experience than last year. We hope our customers will be patient with us (we again promise..it won't be like last year) and be kind to our waitstaff...they will be running their butts off. We realize that you have many choices for eateries..so this is one of the reasons why we are doing this special..its to show our customers our appreciation and love for your continue support.
