There are still a few tables available for our Trash Fish Dinner on Monday, February 27th at 6:30pm. This seven course meal and saké tasting will focus on some of the most delicious yet underutilized fish. Hajime and other sustainability advocates will be on hand to present each dish, explain its relevance, and answer any questions you may have during the two and a half hour event.
